Flash alerts os10 ui cam kết không thu thập bất cứ thông tin nhạy cảm nào của người dùng
1 -  android.permission.CAMERA: quyền này cho phép chúng tôi sử dụng camera của người dùng làm đèn nháy, camera sẽ bật tắt liên tục khi có cuộc gọi hay tin nhắn, thông báo đến.

2- android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE: quyền này cho phép ứng dụng đọc trạng thái của điện thoại ví dụ như:  đang chờ cuộc gọi, đang có cuộc gọi và kết thúc cuộc gọi để biết được lúc nào cần nháy đèn và lúc nào cần tắt đèn

3-  android.permission.BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE để bật tính năng thông báo cho các ứng dụng khác.
ví dụ:  thông báo của facebook, zalo, viber ...
